No, purchasers must be over the age of and located in British Columbia at the time of purchase. Please note that you do not need to be a BC resident to make a purchase, but simply located in the province at the time of purchase.
While your draw numbers are displayed on this website once you successfully complete your purchase, your official ticket will be sent by email. This email will contain your draw numbers and order number. For this reason, it is important to ensure your email address is entered correctly when making your purchase.
Simply contact us through the form on this website and clearly describe the nature of your issue. A customer support team member will respond shortly. Rest assured, if you saw a purchase confirmation message on this website after completing your transaction, your ticket numbers have still been entered in The Raffle draw.

Banks charge a variety of fees to use their cards. We have chosen to offer those that charge the lowest fees possible in order for as much of your money to go to the cause.
When you first attempt your purchase, your credit or debit card will place a hold on the amount – this happens whether it was successful or not. If the purchase is accepted by your bank, your statement will show a purchase from NBX*Canucks Autism Raffle 6046854049. If for some reason, your bank declines the purchase, the hold will disappear after 3-5 days.
Banks always place a hold on the funds (like when you visit a gas station and use your card) to ensure that the amount is reserved. If the transaction is declined, the hold disappears after 3-5 days. If you still see the amount on your card after that time, then please contact support.
No, all sales are final. Once you’ve completed your purchase, your tickets are officially entered into the raffle and therefore cannot be refunded.
Winning Ticket
The winning number will be posted on the raffle website once the winner has been confirmed on or about .
The person with the winning number will be contacted by phone or email and will have 10 days from the time of contact to prove that they meet eligibility requirements. Further instructions on how to claim your prize will be provided at that time. See Rules for more details.
No, the prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash.
Sign in and account
You must purchase a raffle ticket or sign up from the contest page to create an account. If you previously purchased a raffle ticket or signed up for the contest, you already have an account, and no password is required. You may request one-time sign in link associated with your email address as many times as needed from the main menu.
Signing in provides you access to all your information in one place: your account details and past purchase details. Your future raffle ticket purchases will be faster with pre-populated account details at checkout.
The one-time sign in link has an expiry of 10 minutes from the moment it was requested. You may request a new one-time sign in link any time from the website main menu.
If you are trying to access the website from another device or browser, you will not be able to sign in. For security reasons, the one-time sign in link must be opened from the same device and browser from which it was requested.
If you did not receive the sign in email within a few minutes of requesting the one-time sign in link, please check your spam folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the email message and click Not Junk, which will allow future messages to get through.
If you are signed in, you can access your account details from the main menu and edit your personal information. Any raffle tickets already purchased will retain your old information, but don’t worry – this will have no bearing on your chances to win.
